What started as Napa Baking Company at the farmers market, serving sourdough bread, pretzel buns, and wood-fired pizza quickly built a loyal following. As demand grew, so did the vision…leading to the opening of Croccante. By introducing Detroit-style pizza to Napa, Hakan created something different in a crowded market and today, that early community continues to show up and support. 🙌

At Croccante, it’s all about consistency and flavor. Every bite from their signature pizzas to garlic knots—delivers the same quality every time, while still evolving with new offerings like brunch, cocktails, Georgian bread, and chilaquiles. And fun fact: Hakan might care a little too much about the foam on his beer. 🍺

What started as a backyard passion project inspired by their parents’ recipes became a full fledged business in 2015, when Amador had just graduated high school and Antonio was still a student. Nearly 10 years later, their truck at 751 Jackson St. is a go-to for locals craving authentic food from Autlán, Jalisco, made with love and roots that run deep. From house grown veggies to their now iconic mariachi inspired rebrand, everything they serve tells a story of family, culture, and resilience. 🌹🎺

Meet Ariella Wolkowicz, founder of 🥯 The bagel queen of Napa Valley bringing the East Coast bite to Wine Country mornings since 2016.

What started as a single Tuesday pop up at the Napa Farmers Market has grown into a five day a week operation spanning multiple markets, wholesale partners (including NVUSD 👏), and a growing catering arm. Ariella’s mission? To make real bagels the right way, hand-rolled, cold proofed for up to 24 hours, boiled, baked, and served with house made schmears, lox, seasonal sandwiches, and holiday pastries that hit just right. 😍

For Ariella, Toasted is about more than bagels… it’s about authenticity, community, and celebrating small batch food done well. On her rare days off, you’ll probably find her catching up on sleep or visiting other local restaurants and coffee spots around town. And fun fact? She’s a master bagel baker who’s never nailed a sourdough loaf. (Relatable.)
