Our judicial system has someone in place who is supposed to be impartial, to make sure the laws are followed and that everyone gets a fair trial by judge and/or jury. MASSACHUSETTS WARNING !!! Read your ballots carefully....Question 1 may be easily missed!

Apparently on some town/city ballots, Question 1 is in very small print on the front of the ballot in the right hand corner.... Easy to miss & turn over where question 2,3,& 4 are clearly visible. People may vote Yes on 2 thinking it was Question 1... Then No on 3 thinking it is 2 etc. Please warn people to careful about finding Question 1 on the Ballot.
