Went to the gym finally and it was good. I tried not to go too hard but that stairclimber reeeeally got me 😅

Worked my legs until they were shaking. 🍑
Just want to say results take time & most of the time other people notice them first before you even do. Be patient and kind to yourself 💜

Y’all I am so happy, I finally made it into the gym today. It was a little tough. I started out with low weight then just worked up from there.
Hoping I’ll make it back tomorrow and keep this routine going.
