It's hard to believe it's that time of year again - Graduation! 🎓

Today we created a special cake for Coastal Carolina University graduates.

What better flavor to celebrate this milestone than Funfetti!?

This two-tiered teal and white cake has vanilla buttercream frosting layered between all six layers. Edible Chanticleers medallions adorn the sides, a grad hat and diploma complete it!

Congratulations, Grads! 👩🏼‍🎓🧑🏻‍🎓

There’s something to be said about a Charleston wedding. They truly hit a bit differently. From the landscape to table-scape, you truly don’t know where to look first. The term “Southern Charm” is a great description!

We understood yesterday’s assignment!

Vintage Heart Cake in a Rosegold and Black color theme. Sparkle Crown adorns the top for the guest of honor and black satin bows drape the sides. Sometimes celebrating another birthday calls for this slogan! Marble cake choice and vanilla buttercream was a Win-Win!

Not going to lie- when my equipment matches it makes me happy! Happy Baker! 👩🏼‍🍳🧁

It's almost that time again! Washington DC and the stunning Cherry Blossoms! 🌸🌺

Did you know that The Cake Cottage offers chocolate creations for all occasions?
Here we have crafted milk chocolate US Capitol themed chocolates for a corporate client.
Each piece was adorned with hand sculpted “cherry blossoms” and were then individually packaged and presented as a token of client appreciation, accompanied by a business card.
Mini Cherry Blossom Cupcakes were also featured on the dessert table.

Feeling 22?

Here we have a 6” round, 3 layer chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. Can you say devil dog? Yum!
Adorned with the guest of honors age and pink flowers. The front 22 candles will add to the festivities tonight once lit!

Another “Turning 21” Cake in the books. Here is a 3 Layer, 8” Vanilla cake filled with pink vanilla buttercream. Adorned with….well, you get the idea.

Here we created for a Forest Theme Baby Shower. 🌳

Moss, mushrooms and flowers are all handmade with crusting vanilla buttercream to help hold their shape. Cupcake flavor is marble (vanilla/chocolate mix) to please all guests palate.
