Rick- thank you very much for this incredibly complete inspection report. I sincerely appreciate how thorough you were and the fact that you laid out the results in such an easy to understand format. Overall it sounds like it is structurally in good shape and has good infrastructure so I am very pleased. (And thank you for confirming the bookcase in the living room for me- one less piece of furniture to move!)
