Finishing up and with flying colors. Don't wait until life hands you difficult circumstances to learn care!
So what have I learned this month?
1. Self care is time consuming, but becomes habit because it FEELS GOOD. Dopamine and serotonin =reward=habit.
2. Quality sleep is imperative!
3. You can have fun without alcohol! YOU are still fun♡
4. Boundaries are necessary, not selfish.
5. Learning to sit with and process emotions is vital to healing and growth. Do not stuff them down and expect them to go away.
