Cynthia Franzolin, founder of Therayology, knows firsthand the impact of expert guidance on business success. Five years ago, she started her company with a passion for mental health but struggled to navigate the complexities of running a business. That changed when the Latino Chamber of Commerce connected her with SCORE.

With the help of her SCORE mentors, Cynthia turned her vision into a solid business plan, learned crucial skills like negotiation and developed a clear strategy for growth. One of the most transformative changes was hiring a practice coordinator, which allowed Cynthia to focus on expanding her team and services. Now, Therayology is thriving, with a growing team of clinicians and initiatives to make mental health care more accessible in her community.
