Join Grand Rapids Street Medicine at the Muskegon Rescue Mission Community Resource Center from 2:00 - 4:00 PM on July 28th for a free Sports Physical! Open to any students who might need MHSAA sports physical forms completed to participate in school sports seasons this year.

Did you know that Father’s Day started at the Y? Over 110 years ago, a young woman raised by her single father wanted to celebrate fatherhood. The first Father’s Day celebration was held at the Spokane YMCA on June 19, 1910.
