Got my dad out this morning for some fun catfishing with the bumping rods! Sorry we didn’t take more pictures but we were busy!

The catfish bite is on fire with this influx of current from the rains!

Father’s Day is right around the corner, what better way to celebrate than a fishing trip with your family?

Why are these hybrids such different colors? I consistently see two distinct colors of hybrids and wonder what the difference is?

I had a 2 boat trip with Jackson Mitchell of Southerncats Guide Service helping out today and it was a great success! Jackson put it on the Blue catfish while I went the multi species route and ended up with smallmouth, striper, whitebass, blues, flatheads, and a channel.
Great trips for both groups and lots of fish to take home plus plenty of pictures!

Great morning on the water today! Got these boys on some nice smallmouth, striper, and blue catfish! Some nice trophies and plenty for a few dinners!

Reeling in fish is exhausting!

Evening trip had to cancel, so what does a good guide do? Hit the water for bait and a little solo time. Ended up with the best striper bite I’ve seen in a few years! Sorry for the bad solo pics, but I had 20 striper, half a dozen hybrids, and 4 whitebass in a few hours!

The Murphys had an epic day of smallmouth fishing, with over 40 fish in four hours and a host of bonus whitebass, hybrids, and striper.

A 40lb blue, 6lb smallmouth, and a cooler of fillets by noon, we can swing that!
