At Stepping Stone Farm and Reed Valley Orchard, visitors get to experience the joy of picking their own peaches, while excess fruit is rescued by Glean Kentucky and delivered to neighbors facing food insecurity instead of ending up as waste. It’s a small reminder that a good harvest has a way of reaching far beyond the orchard.
