👀See Screenshot Below: I came across this post and found it interesting and very important. This person is apparently a "Designer", and is partially right and wrong when it comes to logo designs - yes, the companies she mentioned are cheap, possibly copies, and you tend to only get a jpeg image of the design, and the prices are definitely NOT realistic. At the same time, this person charges $150 for a "Professional Logo", which is in line with about what I charge, HOWEVER, if you are purchasing a logo design from a designer, you should be getting MORE than just a high quality jpeg as she states in the bottom - your logo should include a high resolution in EVERY format - the native Photoshop or Illustrator file, jpeg image, png image, pdf image, full color, black and white, version for light backgrounds, version for dark backgrounds, 300 dpi so that it can be used on digital, as well as print like business cards, brochures, t-shirts, banners, vinyls......This is what is included when I design a professional logo for any customer.
