Looking for a unique while visiting Iceland? Check out the geothermal bakery in Laugarvatn! Located close to Thingvellir National Park, the bakery features rye bread cooked in boiling geothermal springs in the ground. The bread is baked for roughly 24 hours before being pulled out and eaten.

While I love cruising, one of my biggest complaints is the A/C in the rooms is sometimes....not up to my standards, especially on hot Carribean itineraries. So my for today: pack a small fan!
