Bring a Friend Week! March 6 - March 11!

Do you have a family member or friend who you think could benefit from joining our CrossFit community? Maybe you know someone who's been considering joining us but hasn't taken the next steps.

Bring them, or send them in for ANY class during the week of March 6 - March 11!
We encourage any ability level to join us during this week! Our coaches will be there to help guide our guests to adjust the workouts to fit their specific needs!

If you are a current athlete of ours and get a friend to sign up during BAF week, your friend and you will receive a $50 gift card for our retail space!
