Your thought on the City of Mountain View's plan to pave over Cuesta Park and Cuesta Park Annex for building pickleball courts?

Recently, I learned that the City of Mountain View is planning to pave over Cuesta Park and Cuesta Park Annex for building pickleball courts.

I know this will be a controversial topics (because many people do love pickleballs). but seems like not that many (only 7% of Mountain View residents said they want pickleballs according to the city's own survey).

Someone actually build a website to educate about this plan and propose really good alternatives that could provide more pickleball courts but also could save the parks and green area:
