Mom’s famous Rhubarb Cake is at the market this weekend! ❤️ Made with beautiful, fresh rhubarb from The Crooked Post on St Rd 16 in Rensselaer.

If you haven’t checked them out yet, you definitely should—they have some of the best local produce around, and we’re so thankful for the gorgeous rhubarb they grow.
