This Sunday, May 26th, join us for an experiential afternoon delving into the interconnected realm of plant, spirit and sound. This immersive experience is the mindful musing of Akashic Teacher and Trance Medium, Sophia Tran Honyak of and Herbalist Brit Josa of accompanied by a sound serenade by Lizzie Warfield of . During this gathering, we will be working with the plant spirit of elder - Sambucus nigra.

The container opens with a lesson in the ceremony and creation and flower essences by Brit, along with an in-depth exploration of the folklore and magical uses of elderflower. All who are gathered will receive a bottle of flower essence to both imbibe during the meditative journey and sound ceremony, and continue the experience at home.

Once participants ingest the flower essence, Sophia Hornyak will lead the group through a meditative journey while Lizzie of Breathe Yoga guides the group with a sound bath. At the center of the journey, Sophia will utilize her Trance mediumship to channel a collective message for the group.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a notepad or journal for reflection and something to lay upon. Event is outdoors and weather-dependent. Will be held inside in the case of copious raindrops.
