Pay-what-you-can Workshop

We're gathering together for the next community event. This workshop will focus on how we show up as individuals and what that looks like when we start weaving our personal magic in with the magic of others.

Starting with a 15-minute guided Metta meditation, we will connect with a practice of loving-kindness that starts with how we hold space for our Self and the circles we exist in.

We transfer our intentions into this space to send that Love out to our family, friends and neighbors... where we practice sending this loving-kindness beyond our inner circles and fill the gaps with compassion and understanding.
When we practice this we grow together for a common goal and we begin to feel the uplifting truth of Community.

We are all in this together.

The artistic portion will include time to create an individual vision board --- a visual collage of images, words and representation of the future we seek for ourselves.

How do we want to live when there are no limitations?
What does that look like when there's no judgement?

The second half of the workshop we transition to looking at ourselves within Community.

How do we show up in a group of individuals?
How do we integrate our Self without losing the vibrancy and importance of individualism while working towards a common goal?
