These negotiations were definitely not for the faint of heart.
Just when both parties had finally agreed on terms, the builder discovered a major error in their calculations and completely reversed their position. What could have been a deal-breaker quickly turned into one of the most challenging negotiations I’ve tackled this year & likely the last 5 years.
Fortunately, I don’t back down from a challenge.
After some strategic problem-solving, creative negotiations, and a lot of patience and persistence, we were able to keep the deal together and secure an incredible outcome for my clients.
