Buster’s On Point Custom Wash Rigs and Rentals

Complete! I would like to thank Jesse Chitwood with Bold Springs Wash Co, for the opportunity to build this very big Wash Rig. Jess wanted to go big and he did, in fact Go Big!

On this 16’ 10k Tandem Trailer, We installed an HFS 12 GPM Belt Drive, an HFS 10 GPM Belt Drive, an HFS AR60 Electric Start, an HFS Vertical High Flow Hot Box, Midwest XXL Clear Blend Manifold with an XXL Rinse Module, Five Titan 4318E Electric Hose Reels, an HFS 18” High Flow Manual Hose Reel for RODI System (Coming Soon), a 100 Gal Cedar Creek Super Heavy Duty Vertical Slimline Chem Tank, Twin 16 Gal Chem Tanks, a 525 Gal Horizontal Leg Tank, a Original 1/2” Flow Pro Downstream Bypass System, a Two Port DS Pro Downstream Blend Manifold, an HFS 16’ Modular Ladder Rack, a custom fab Reel Rack on Curb Side, a 35 gallon Chrome Diamond Plate Fuel Cell and Two Surface Cleaner Racks for the two 31” Mini-Mondo by Whisper Wash Surface Cleaners.

Upfitting options that were added:
a full size rear gate with lift assist springs, three Busters ON Point Winterizers for the Wash Equipment, a Busters ON Point AR60 Max Flow Manifold, an HFS Siamese Kit, the AR60 has a Gas Tank Bypass kit on the way, it was started with the Busters ON Point Armor RPC Coating on the Trailer and more upfitting to come soon. This was a fun and exhausting at the same time.

Custom Upfitting by Buster’s ON POINT today! A Hose Reel Rack with Reels going on a 16’ Trailer. It’s amazing how quick the HFS Modular Tack System goes together and how rugged it is!! I highly recommend them. These HFS Reels are awesome as well!!

I am pleased to present this Buster’s ON POINT Custom Flat Bed. Know that better pictures of the completed project will be available shortly. The Flat Build is now complete, with the final step being the loading of hoses, a task I undertake with some reluctance. The addition of the HFS Modular Rack significantly enhances this unit's capabilities.

This Buster's ON POINT Custom Flat Bed features twin HFS 12 GPM units, a Solo 10 GPM unit, a 15 GPM AR60, a 400-gallon buffer capacity, 78-gallon chemical capacity, an XXL Blend Manifold, wireless rinse functionality, four storage-only Titan Electric 18-inch hose reels, dual hydrant fill, remote fuel fill pump, and a 38-gallon fuel cell.

The project's complexity made it challenging, with the client's want list for the 9-foot flat bed, including low-profile specs for parking deck work. Utilizing the CAD design process proved invaluable in addressing these challenges.

Initially, the tanks specified were backordered, So we utilized an alternative plan. Consequently, the curb-side 12 GPM unit was much closer to the rear buffer tank and required an aftermarket exhaust system to relocate the muffler above the IGX800 instead of the factory rear right hand exhaust.

The HFS AR60 and twin hose reel stacks fit perfectly, and the storage-only system ensures durability and leak resistance.

I am open to suggestions for incorporating storage for two 24-inch Ground Force Surface Cleaners without compromising the low-profile requirement. Ideas for surface cleaner storage that align with the existing design would be greatly appreciated.
