Sometimes projects will throw you curve balls. The back porch add on had shingles installed on a 1/12 pitch causing all of the decking to rot. Once we tore it out, we found rotten rafters, and zero bracing whatsoever. I brought all of this to the homeowners attention and we corrected all of the issues. Added new bracing, leveled the rafters for a smooth surface. Completely redecked the area. Added true base sheet and top cap roll roofing.
