we had to say goodbye to our beloved Frankie on 5/21. for such a small boy, he was a huge part of our home. he was the sweetest little ferret i have ever met. he hung on so long and i can only attribute it to our love for him and vice versa… 🩷

the day we took him in, i read him the poem i wrote for him and our other ferret Rosalind, who we lost in 2024. it ends in
"i'll show you to tickle their feet
and rustle their curtains
to bring them bats and snakes,
to play with the cats,
and toy with the dogs.

will you help to call them
to play and be kind,
