Let me introduce you to Mr. Bill Will. The BCSO responded to a report of a stolen ATV in Sandy Shores and encountered a green Bobcat heading down Panorama, which prompted Sheriff Kennedy to initiate a code 5 traffic stop. He was accompanied by a backup unit, Mr. Derrek Sparky of Highway Patrol. We instructed the driver to shut off the engine and exit the vehicle with his hands raised. Although he initially complied, he then fled towards the left side of our cruisers. Bill proceeded to run in cycles, attempting to evade us. He then returned to his truck, entered, and sped away, causing Sheriff Kennedy to be struck by the door. At this point, a pursuit ensued, with BCSO and HWP maintaining visual contact throughout. The chase proceeded from Nowhere Road to Joshua, then towards Route 13, and continued towards Braddock Pass. A deer crossing the highway ultimately struck the truck, at which point Bill attempted to flee again, but was apprehended by Sheriff Kennedy, who successfully deployed a taser.

Couple of weeks ago we unfortunately had the funeral of Dale Earnhardt III. He was the Mayor of Los Santos for about three months before his unfortunate passing. Dale was known for his races. Unfortunately he was only able to host one before the accident.
