How I feel most days…

I popped up 2 pounds, but granted… I was surviving on IV fluid this time last Monday as I went in for surgery, again.
4 weeks post dueodenal switch and 1 week post gallbladder removal I’m on the road to recovery, again… I’m now not only learning what life is like with a smaller stomach but now with no gallbladder… this past week has been hard. I’m tired, I feel dehydrated and I know I’m not meeting any of my nutrition goals. It’s a busy month and I really need to take the time to slow down and do the hard stuff to plan and prep correctly. On the bright side, I keep hearing how small my face got so I grabbed a pic from a month ago and took one with weekend and put them side by side. 28 pounds in 4 weeks is a lot of weight. But Idk, can you see a difference?

Week 3 Post Op: although I’m back in the hospital for abnormal labs, and gallbladder removal surgery, when they checked me I asked if they could check my weight. I was shocked to see I had dropped another 11 pounds!
Hoping I can get into surgery today that my liver will be ready enough, so I can get back to my life. 4 days in the hospital is already too much for me.
