It's that time of year again folks! This year's Gumbo Chili Showdown, will be held April 14, 2018 at 10:00 am at Ladd-Peebles Stadium before the South Alabama Spring game. The GCS is a competition between teams to see who can create the very best pot of gumbo or chili, and all funds collected benefit the Regan Robinson Young Scholarship.
