Effective December 1, 2011 a $20 retaining fee is required to secure your order date. Your date will not be confirmed until the fee is received. It will apply to your order, but is non refundable if you choose to cancel within two weeks of the date requested. I hate to do this, but this is my business in which I take seriously. I have been burned in the past with cancellations at the last minute. Not only am I out the money I spent on supplies for that order, but also the other orders I turn down to keep yours. If you choose to cancel, please make sure I know about it. If I don't respond back that means I haven't received anything. I hope you all understand this.
