Plan C LLC

Plan C, LLC is currently seeking a potential candidate with background experience in apartment maintenance or residential maintenance. Plan C, LLC is a locally owned and operated residential rental company. We own all our homes, and we take pride in what we do. Candidate needs to be well versed with general maintenance knowledge including but not to limited general carpentry and trim work, drywall repair, minor plumbing and minor electrical knowledge, and flooring repair and installation.
All candidates should possess the following:
• Good communication and people skills
• Current Driver's License
• Must have tools, and reliable work vehicle
• Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
• Must pass screening process which includes a background check and drug test
• Must have a smart phone and access to the internet
Pay is based on experience.
