Athlete Spotlight ⚾️ 🔥 Cooper (18u)
5 week offseason progression - focusing on a better arm path, more drive with his lower half and overall body quickness we were able to see a quick jump in velocity as well as a stronger feel on the mound in just 3 bullpen sessions! Better feel = more ability to locate pitches, which has contributed to a jump in velocity. First bullpen sitting around 76-77 to now easily touching 80-81!

1st Annual Youth Fall League was a success! Thanks to everyone who took part and continued their baseball seasons! Looking forward to seeing everyone next year. We have attached some of the photos from the two weeks here! Good luck to everyone in their winter and spring sports!!
The 2025 Fall League has officially filled up! I will be sending out an update to those of you that have signed up by the end of this week! ⚾️
