Acuity Design

Finished machining on the 29er "plus" mountain bike yoke. Really great to see an idea go from the screen to your hand in such rapid fashion. starting with a 3 pound block of steel and ending with a finished product of 8.5 oz.

We are in the process of building a custom Mountain bike frame for a 29er "Plus". The "plus" is a challenge to package a 3" wide tire with a standard crankset. Our solution: a Billet steel chainstay yoke bracket, CNC machined. Here is the design. Machining parts tomorrow, stay tuned!
