One of my all time favorite things to do is going to used restaurant supply businesses, or as I say "graveyard of broken food service dreams". Fortunately, my bakery equipment is NOT landing up in the graveyard (yet), my dearest friend KT of bee free honee is using it in her production facility in Wisconsin. Thanks Emma for the picture!

This is a loaf of French style sourdough. Lola get away from me or else I will really post this! Back to the loaf of bread: it has big holes in the interior, a very flavorful crust, good shelf life of one week minimum, made with organic whole wheat flour and King Arthur white flour,and the cuts on the top are supposed to look like a stalk of wheat. And that's about it. You can buy one tomorrow, tuesday at my bakesale and enjoy it yourself!

When you see that snow pile you're almost to the bakery! It will be soooo worth it to stop by tonight from 5 to 8!
