Remember our fabulous Haiti: A Pearl Through the Storms Gala? Ginette, one of our amazing supporters, walked away with the RV package during our silent auction — and this week, she finally got to enjoy it in style! 🚐💨✨

She shared some awesome snapshots of her relaxing getaway (scroll to see!), and we’re loving every minute of her adventure.

If you’ve ever won something at one of our auctions — big or small — we’d love to see how you’re enjoying it! 📸 Tag us or send in your photos so we can celebrate with you!

And hey… mark your calendars because the next Gala is already on the books:
🗓️ May 3, 2026 — you won’t want to miss it!

Today, we proudly celebrate the strength, spirit, and resilience woven into the red and blue of our flag. May 18th marks more than a symbol—it is a reminder of Haiti’s bold declaration of freedom, unity, and unwavering hope.

At COFHED, we honor this legacy by walking alongside rural communities in Haiti as they build a future rooted in dignity, opportunity, and self-determination. From education to leadership development, agriculture to healthcare—our work is a reflection of the courage and community that birthed this flag.

L’union fait la force.
Unity makes strength.

Let us continue to rise together, for Haiti and with Haiti.

Recovered from the holidays yet? 🎄✨ What did you get for Christmas? This year, we kept our tradition alive by providing baskets of essential goods to the most vulnerable households, ensuring they enjoyed a warm holiday meal. Plus, we distributed 128 livestock last month! A special shoutout to Ora Austria and Ora Switzerland for helping make this possible! 🧺 🐄🐑

Today might have been the COFHED walk-a-thon but it’s also the 221st anniversary of the creation of the Haitian flag. The community of Raymond was loud and proud in their celebration as they took to the streets waving their flags and honoring the efforts of our ancestors who fought so bravely for their freedom. To our Haitian brothers and sisters, we wish you a very happy flag day - and to our supporters around the world, we thank you for standing with us and celebrating with us.
