As a Perfectionism Coach I always encourage my clients to gravitate towards other women they can relate to on social media. Real people, sharing their real stories. Our online space has too many messages telling us we aren't good enough.

This is why I create the content that I do. To encourage and inspire other women to not shy away from sharing the messy and authentic parts of life.

Motherhood is an ever-changing season. Wow is it tough. 🙇🏻‍♀️

I have gone through so much change in the last few months with getting a new home in a new state + having another baby. Life has been crazy.

A lot of the time I don't know the right answer, but one thing I did know is that my family needed my full attention. And boy was I stoked to give it to them.

--> Social media is fun and all...but being present with my family gave me a joy that runs so deep to my heart and soul. I wouldn't trade it for anything. So many happy tears shed. 🤱🏻

So, this is ME making a gentle comeback....much like the cute little flower garden in my backyard. 🌷

I am doing it. One day at a time. With a sh*t-ton of GRACE.

2023 was a bit nutso. Not gunna lie.

Now that we have moved into a cute little house, are feeling more settled and the holidays are over, I can officially start to nest and get ready for baby. 👏🏻

Even the weeks leading up to Christmas, I had already let go of a lot and am still trying to stay 𝓹𝓻𝓮𝓼𝓮𝓷𝓽 with my son before I have to share him with our little lady.
