Elevator Pitch Part 1: Perfect Pumps are shoe protectors for women's shoes. They are made out of fabric and sewn to fit around the heel portion of a stiletto or kitten heel protecting the upper heel from rubbing and scuffing. Secured around the ankle with ribbon or elastic to ensure Perfect Pumps safely stay in place.
