One of my favorite parts of what I do is seeing how people incorporate parts of who they are (both as individuals and as a couple!) into their wedding ceremony. Music is a big deal for this crowd, so naturally the couple’s friend played the fiddle during their ceremony and a group sing was a part of it. 🥲

Have I mentioned that my clients are the coolest? Have I said that enough?? 🤪

An ode to spotty light, hazy golden hour, direct sun, after-sundown blue cast - all the “challenging” lighting scenarios that I avoided when I was starting out because they scared me. I know now the weird light is where the magic happens. ✨

You might not know this,but I really love when couples invite their loved ones to bring their kids along. As a general rule I don’t post photos where children’s faces are visible, so I realized I may read as an “anti-kids-at-weddings” kinda photographer. 🫣

When kids are present at weddings, they are always up to some sh*t. I never run out of things to photograph. I love having young kids “help me” take a photo of their parents, or even handing them my Polaroid to go crazy on their own. I’ll even watch the swearing when there are kids present - promise. 🤭

More than I love photographing weddings with young guests, though, I love supporting my clients in whatever they decide for their wedding. If you want only adults present on your day, I get it. Truly. But if you *do* want to extend the wedding invite to the kids in your life, don’t be scared off by my kid-free Instagram feed. When you see a full gallery of mine, you’ll realize that they’re often the stars of the show. ⭐️

This here is mostly film & a lil digital by me and my second shooter (literally couldn’t tell you which of the digital are mine vs hers because we mesh that well!!!).

On a similar note, I LOVE a family session - but don’t post many here for the same reason. So let’s get that framed iphone pic off your wall & replace it with something a little more YOU. 💖
