✨We’ve eased into 2025 in the best way. Setting intentions/manifesting rituals, making homemade bread, snuggle sessions with the girls, lots of reading/journaling, playing crystal bowls, breakfast dates with Mom, Kundalini yoga, LOTS of meditation, coaching training, crystals and more crystals, and mapping out what I want this year to look like.

I’m excited for 2025 in that I feel it will be a year of peace and expansion. There will be new coaching containers, new course offerings, sound therapy classes, crystal sales, and meditation guidance. Reconstructed Soul Co. will be evolving in the best way, and my heart feels at home. 🩵

I can’t wait to share more, but for now, I’m just working on building this new venture behind the scenes so my launches can stem from a place of clarity and alignment to serve the women who need to recenter as we all cope with uncertainty and chaos.

Thank you for being here. We’ll be ramping up the posting again as January goes on, but I’ve just really enjoyed this quiet time to get my intentions in order.
