Reposted from NEW BEER DAY! Sentient IPA v1.000 is the first of our new series of DDH IPAs developed with the help of artificial intelligence. We pooled together all the parameters from our process and brewing data, untapp'd reviews, sales data, sensory panels, did a bit of programming, and let the computer drink it in. The output of our first iteration told us to try a few things* which we built into this beer. We even have prediction based on the algorithm for how this beer will fare in our sensory panel, before we even brewed it! With each iteration we will add more variables and complexity and see where it takes us**.⁠

This beer is primarily brewed with Citra, El Dorado, Belma, and Belma CGX (new type of cryo hop). Belma is one of our favorite underrated hops!⁠ On tap at 3pm in the taproom, available in four packs TOGO and soon available at your favorite beer spots.⁠
