Here are some progress photos for a project we are doing in Delafield.

The addition will give them an awesome primary suite. Large bedroom,Including a patio door out to the new rear deck.
Oversize walking in closet. Wonderful primary bathroom.
The other part of the addition will give them a brand new living room with a fireplace. Patio door out to the new rear deck.
We will then convert their existing living room into an awesome new kitchen with the beverage center, large Island, walk-in pantry.
Then the existing kitchen will become a multipurpose room. Bringing the laundry into that area. Coat closet. Broom closet. All new LVP flooring.
Listening closely to what our clients expectations are. Focusing how they live on a daily basis. To create something different in unique for each client.
We take unlimited homes. To focus on the product we expect. Which is one of the best in the industry. It also allows us to work one on one with our clients.

Here are some final photos for a project we are finishing. That includes an addition and full renovation.
This will desperately give them the added space this family needs
Part of this project is a new attached garage. That they did not have.
We will infill the existing front door, as we created a new front door and porch .
We also opened up two exterior walls to create one big open space with a three ply 18 “ LVL.
Converting the existing dinette, but also going into the new addition. To create a beautiful new kitchen with a long snack bar and a separate island.
It also includes a new pantry.

We added a new living room with a fireplace and vaulted ceiling. With plenty of glass, including a patio door out to the new entertainment area.

This will also give this husband and wife the well deserve new primary suite with a large bedroom,large walk-in closet, beautiful bathroom with a vanity and makeup desk , separate shower, soaking tub, and water closet. As well as a linen closet.

Then we added a new powder room.
Converted the old kitchen into a new dinette .
This is also included a full foundation, giving them additional future space as the family grows.
All new siding and trim.

✅With true confidence, we have a high skill and knowledge to perform projects like this that include opening up sections of the home structurally. That needs a contractor that has a wide range of experience of these types of project. As well as the tradesmen.
We would never trust a builder that doesn’t have the experience or tradesmen that don’t have the knowledge. Why risk having structural problems or a project that does not turn out like your expectations in your vision.
