How do you handle/interpret dark, morbid, gruesome dreams? I had a very specific dream last night & I can't stop thinking about it. Doesn't directly involve anyone I'm close to... but involves death & su***de. [not mine either]. I don't normally remember dreams in such detail. Maybe a few times a year. This one was so vivid.

Just really got me wondering where my head is at lol.
