We just had an incident at Heathrow..
when we returned the car they initially said everything was perfect as they inspected each tire and rim.. then asked me which flight I was on and told me everything was perfect . ….(actually asked for a A rating as a student)
Three hours later we were informed that we had done significant damage to a rim and tire .
Quick reminder take a video before and a video after…
Eventually once we tagged the head of UK operations for the rental company we received a call and we were fully refunded. Hence, we won’t be using them again
