A great Daycation.

Today's Daycation could only be described as DELICIOUS!!!
What a culinary delight to have Pam Risenberg of Home Appetit.
I am telling you she made in 2 hours some of the most delicious meals I have had in many years.

Some of her specialities she prepared today included:
Moroccan Turkey Meatballs with Onion Raisin Sauce served with Couscous.
Southwestern Quinoa Salad with Black bean & corn
Grilled Lemon Chicken with Kale, Strawberry, Avocado Salad
Turkey Burgers with Carmelized Onions.

Words cannot describe how quickly and easily she made these amazing dishes. Thank you Pam Risenberg and all the daycationers who joined me in experiencing her culinary delights.
