Well, I’ve been away on here for a bit. Other than chasing around twins, working on building the online coaching side of my business, attempting to focus on work/life balance, I’ve also been shifting focuses elsewhere too. We are very excited to share that we have a baby boy due in August (just one this time)! 💙

Game changer! If your hips feel twisted or off, try these 7 exercises! Ideally you should do these frequently (daily if possible).
I like to do a mobility assessment exercise first like frogger or a 90/90 where I can feel a discrepancy. I don’t always feel this right after BUT if I go back to my assessment where I could tell major differences between my 2 sides, it’s always balanced out after! And once I’ve got my pelvis balanced out, I’m able to feel lifts more balanced. For example, I can then connect well to the side of my glute which is less connected typically. Corrective exercises like these to prime before your workout give you better results from your workouts 💪🍑
Keep in mind, there are many root causes to issues so trying to find the root cause is always key. Also, extreme twists may take more time to balance out or may benefit from seeing a *good* chiropractor as well. This is just one tool in the toolbox. (Not medical advice)
