Homemade Tamales

It is Tamale TIME!
Will start rolling next weekend!

Now that the holidays are over and my move has completed. (No still do not have everything put away). I will be able to make tamales when requested. So if you find yourself in the mood for a tamales please send me a message. For the most part I should be able to get them made quickly.

Will be making Tamales for pick up this week starting Thursday.12/10/15 Pork Mild or Spicy - Chicken Mild or Spicy - Bean and Cheese - Mild or Spicy. $12.00 a doz or $15.00 extra meat. Please PM me with your orders and when you would like to pick them up.

Meat seasoned and ready to go in the oven to slow cook.
