Up with the ductwork!

In this attic remodel, we wanted to highlight the existing exposed wood collar ties of this old home. Since the duct lines supply air to the bedrooms below and couldn’t be rerouted through the floor, we took them up and over, attaching them along the vaulted ceiling line.

Now that the ductwork is moved, framed, and drywalled, the next steps are to finish the trim, touch up drywall, and get started on painting. Stay tuned for the ongoing transformation.
