UTPB Percussion

David Wagner graduated from Legacy (Lee) High School and is currently pursuing a Music Education degree. His primary instrument is the drumset, though he also participates in choir. Outside of music, David enjoys painting miniatures and playing video games. He’s had the unique experience of working with five different percussion instructors during his time at UTPB.

David’s favorite aspect of being in the UTPB Percussion Studio is the strong sense of camaraderie he shares with his fellow students. He values the friendships he’s forged within the program.

One of David’s most memorable experiences with the studio was performing “Tanc Szervusz.” This piece holds a special place for him among the works he’s played during his time at UTPB.
