When a roof is failing from exterior to interior.

Looks like a nice new roof on one end. But take a closer look. Multiple layers of shingles under the newer shingles. The structure of a roof is designed to only hold so much weight. Adding to much weight/shingles can adversely affect the roof structure. Now, us lucky people in the north east have to deal with this wonderful stuff called snow. So think about dumping 8 inches of snow on top of this lovely roof and you can see how this can possibly create some issues with the roof.
