Wrapping up SCALE UK 2026 in Brighton 💥
A few packed days with operators, partners, familiar faces, and new conversations around what it really takes to scale a stronger short-term rental business.
From the sessions to the conversations on the floor, a lot came back to the same theme: growth needs the right architecture behind it. Better systems, clearer workflows, stronger visibility, and technology that can carry more of the operational load.
We also loved giving attendees a closer look at BAM in action and hearing the reactions from operators seeing what an AI operating system for hospitality can do.
Thank you to everyone who spent time with the Boom team, shared your perspective, and joined the conversations throughout the event.

Growth can look exciting from the outside.
More listings, bigger teams, and more revenue opportunities.
But behind the scenes, scale can expose every weak point in the operation: messy workflows, slow reporting, disconnected systems, owner pressure, team bottlenecks, and decisions that become harder to make quickly.
That is where the architecture of the business matters.
At SCALE UK 2026, our Founder & CEO, Shahar Goldboim, will take the stage to talk about:
"The Architecture of Scale: Why Most Property Managers Hit a Growth Ceiling"
Shahar will break down what separates businesses that keep scaling with control from those that get buried under their own growth.

If you’re attending SCALE UK, make sure this session is on your list.
Hospitality is a people business ✨
That’s something Eleni Georgopoulou, Founder & CEO of YourHost, understands deeply.
Her team manages 200+ design-led properties across Kenya, serving guests, working with landlords, leading teams, and keeping a complex operation moving every day.
The challenge is that the human side of hospitality can get buried under repetitive communication, task management, response times, workflows, and the constant need to know what is happening across the business.
With Boom, Eleni and her team gained more than faster guest communication.
They gained visibility.
A clearer view of service calls, guest sentiment, maintenance issues, financial performance, and the operational details that shape the business day to day.
As Eleni describes it, Boom gives her the helicopter view every operator needs: the ability to see the big picture and dive into the details when it matters.
That is what AI-first operations should unlock.
Leaders get answers faster.
Teams get more focus.
Guests feel the difference.

Hospitality gets harder to protect as operations scale.
More guests, more messages, more moving parts, and more pressure on teams to keep every detail moving.
The challenge is finding a way to grow without letting the guest experience get buried under the weight of daily operations.
At SCALE UK / AI 2026, our Founder & CEO, Shahar Goldboim, will join Sab Mulligan, AI-First Hospitality Brand Strategist at Zzzing, for a conversation on:
Hospitality at Scale: How Agentic AI Unlocks the Moments That Matter
Moderated by Richard Vaughton, this session will explore how agentic AI can take on more of the operational load so teams have more room to focus on the guest moments that truly shape the guest experience.

If you’re attending SCALE UK / AI, make sure to catch this one.
AI is changing what strong property management teams can do.
In this clip from the Host Planet Podcast hosted by James Varley, our CEO Shahar Goldboim shares why operators need to start looking at AI as a real operating advantage.
Property management is a 24/7 business. Guest messages, owner needs, maintenance, pricing, team coordination, and daily decisions never really stop.
The opportunity with AI is to take more of that repetitive operational weight off the team, so people can focus on higher-value work, better guest experiences, and building a healthier business.
The teams that start building AI into their daily habits now will be better prepared for the pace, pressure, and expectations of what comes next.

Agentic AI is coming fast, and preparation starts inside the organization.
In this clip from the Host Planet Podcast hosted by James Varley, our CEO Shahar Goldboim shares a practical starting point for hosts and property managers: look across every department and identify where AI can reduce friction, speed up decisions, and support better ex*****on.
It starts with small habits.
Ask AI first before escalating an internal question. Look for automation before repeating a manual process. Revisit the workflows your team has accepted as normal and ask what could be handled faster with the right tools.
Those small shifts build an AI-ready mentality across the team.
The operators who benefit most from AI will be the ones who stay open, keep experimenting, and make it part of how the business works every day.
That’s the thinking behind Boom: AI embedded into the operation so teams can move faster, work smarter, and stay focused on what matters most.

AI is everywhere. But not all AI announcements are the same.
Every platform has a new feature, a new assistant, or a new announcement. Some of it is useful. But usefulness is not the same as transformation.
For operators, the daily pressure does not come from a lack of tools. It comes from the constant need to connect information to action.
🚨A guest mentions a broken appliance in a review.
👉 That should not stop at a polite response. It should automatically initiate a service task.
🚨 A guest asks about early check-in.
👉 The answer should be based on availability, housekeeping status, and your business rules.
🚨 An owner wants performance clarity.
👉 The system should surface the numbers within minutes without your team pulling another report.
🚨 A pricing decision should not live in isolation.
👉 It should factor in occupancy, market demand, calendar gaps, and portfolio performance.
That's how AI-native differs.
If AI only lives as a chatbot layer, the burden of connecting those dots still sits with the team.
At Boom, AI is built into how the business runs. It understands context, follows business logic, and helps carry operational work across communication, operations, reporting, revenue, and guest experience.
Because property managers do not need another AI button.
They need less operational weight.

The conversation around PMS is changing.
Hospitality Investor’s latest article on the rise of the Agentic PMS captures a shift we believe will define the next era of hospitality technology: moving from software that helps operators manage the business to systems that can actively help run it.
The article also cites our CEO, Shahar Goldboim:
“Investors saw the shift from software-as-a-service to business-as-a-service, where the system doesn’t just support the operator – it becomes an active participant in running the business.”
As an AI-native operating system for hospitality, Boom has been focused on this shift from the start.
❌ Not AI as a bolt-on feature.
❌ Not another dashboard operators have to manage.
✅ A system that understands context, follows business logic, and executes operational work across the business.
The next generation of PMS won’t be defined by how much it helps operators track.
It will be defined by how much of the business it can help run.
