🎊Today, we celebrate 10 years of Ksenia Startseva at LANCK Telecom.

Ksenia joined in April 2016 as an Administrative Manager, taking on a complex and diverse role within HR. From travel coordination and recruitment to employee records and corporate events, she was at the heart of the company’s daily life—helping shape not only processes, but the company’s culture itself.

In December 2020, Ksenia moved into the department as an Account Manager, stepping into a completely new area. Since then, she’s progressed through several roles—from Purchasing Manager to Senior to Team Lead (Africa and LATAM)—and now overseeing all markets globally. 🧗 Ksenia’s journey is a one of consistent, long-term growth within the company.

Ksenia is known for her warm, approachable nature—communicating with her is always a pleasure, whether discussing work or everyday life. She handles challenges quickly and effectively, bringing passion, dedication, and genuine enthusiasm to everything she does.

Outside of work, Ksenia is a proud mom—her “first and most important job.” She also enjoys karaoke, painting, exploring local art galleries, and traveling. Having visited 40+ countries 🌍, she has had the opportunity to meet partners in person and build strong, lasting connections.

Her story at LANCK Telecom is a true global adventure.

Anastasia joined the company in 2016, bringing strong regional expertise shaped by living in Cuba, studying in Costa Rica and earning a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. While Anastasia started in Voice, she later expanded into SMS and new markets; since 2020, she has been a driving force behind our global development.

Colleagues highlight her ability to build trust quickly, establish meaningful connections and handle complex agreements with precision. Partners, meanwhile, value her strategic mindset and technical expertise: from and to , eSIM and VoIP as well as her talent for explaining complex technologies simply and driving growth across regions.

Her work takes her across continents: from high-altitude meetings in La Paz to flights on historic seaplanes in Canada proving that business development often comes with adventure. ✈️

Outside the office, Anastasia runs a YouTube channel with colleagues and partners 🎥, collects rare Hard Rock Cafe pins 📍 and has a passion for aviation. She has already visited 6 of the 7 New Wonders of the World (with the Great Pyramid of Giza as her final destination to complete the set).
