If there’s one piece of advice, I can give to anyone in this industry… it would be to be Honest!!!
If the plants don’t exactly reach 36in say that.
If your driver hit traffic and is running 20 min behind… call your customer and let them know.
And most importantly… if you don’t actually believe the plants are A+ quality… mention that!
Just being honest will help more with customer rapport than just about anything else you could do.
Don’t waste your time and most importantly don’t waste theirs!!!
