For years I had millions of viewers on YouTube. I talked and they listened. I NEVER took that power lightly. In fact, it kept me up at night.

When others allow their ideas of the world to be shaped by your words… it’s a hefty responsibility.

The human mind is like soil. If you plant roses, roses grow. If you plant weeds, weeds grow.

Durante años tuve millones de espectadores en YouTube. Hablaba y ellos escuchaban. NUNCA tomé ese poder a la ligera. De hecho, me mantenía despierta por la noche.

Que las ideas del mundo de otros sean moldeadas por tus palabras... es una gran responsabilidad.

La mente humana es como la tierra. Si plantas rosas, rosas crecen. Si plantas malas hierbas, malas hierbas crecen.

There’s a lot of talk in spiritual circles about “shadow work.” I’m defining it as: the process of understanding—and loving—the rejected pieces of ourselves.

Socrates said, “The unexamined life is not worth living.” I think the same could be said for the unexamined INNER life.

Only when we take a flashlight and look at all the crevices of our inner world—our wounds, desires, fears, hopes—can we truly shape our destiny. 🕯️
