Founder’s flights between Poland and Türkiye may seem like a small detail, but they reflect Zoolatech’s truly global operating model.

Last week, founders Roman Kaplun and Denis Rogov, straight after meeting in Warsaw, met with the team in our Türkiye office for an all-hands session focused on strategic alignment, growth pace, and the principles that must remain constant as we scale. Türkiye has become a key pillar of Zoolatech’s global delivery organization. The team continues to grow rapidly, taking on increased responsibility and contributing at a higher level across engagements.

As we expand, we remain anchored in the fundamentals: strong engineering standards, disciplined delivery, and a people-first culture that enables speed without sacrificing quality.
This consistency is what allows us to build sustainably for the long term.

Run, Zoola, run! Autumn still feels like it happened just yesterday as this edition was sо special.

We dedicated it to Zoola’s 8th Birthday and for the first time turned it into a full week of activities.
And what a week it was! 🩵

Some highlights that made this ZoolaRun truly unforgettable:

• 99 colleagues
• 1,480 USD raised for charity
• 18 types of sports
• 10 countries
• 25 cities
• 160 submitted trainings
• 140 hours of total training time
• 527 km of combined distance
• Longest individual training time was 352 minutes
• Longest combined distance was 116 km across four workouts

Since its start in 2019, our cherished annual tradition, ZoolaRun, has been uniting our global team to run, have fun, and give back. It continues to embody the core values and culture of Zoolatech.
