Are your ads getting disapproved? Is your Ad’s reach lower than expected? Are you seeing slow results?
This could all be due to not following Facebooks 20% rule. If you are using text in your ads, the rule is that the text must not take up more that 20% of the image.
There are 4 image text ratings facebook provides. One is OK and your ad will run normally, 2nd is LOW which means ad reach may be slightly lower, 3rd is MEDIUM which means ad’s reach may be much lower, and 4th is HIGH which means your ad may not run.
Facebook provides a text overlay tool for you to check you ads image and see if it passes the 20% rule. (Google “Facebook text overlay tool”)
Making sure your image and ad are following all of facebook guidelines is what will enable you to reach the greatest amount and quality of people, so that you can optimize at full potential.😆

What is a pixel?
Have you ever been to a site and been told something along the lines of “This site uses cookies to provide an optimized experience. By using this site you agree to the use of cookies”?
Im sure many of you have experienced this. Well a facebook pixel works like those cookies.
A Facebook pixel is a piece of code that tracks the actions people take on your website. With this pixel you can analyze the success of your Facebook campaign.
Facebook pixels have the ability to track hundreds of actions.
Realtors can choose to track
- page visitors
- people who viewed a particular listing or property type
- who requested more information
- Time people spent on the page
- How visitors interacted with their page
- and more.

Now that you have this information, what should you do with it?
- Retarget the people that took the desired actions in your website.
- Lets say someone visited your website, but did not submit their information.

Whats the difference between a landing page and a home page?
A HOME PAGE has many resources a user can navigate through to learn about your business. It typically SUMMARIZES your services and mission statement.
